LOTSA Changes
The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) recently requested feedback from LOTSA users regarding potential improvements to the program. This feedback was carefully evaluated, and as a result, the ACP has announced that an official Advisory to Shipping will be issued tomorrow, detailing the approved changes to the LOTSA program.
In the meantime, we would like to share a summary of the upcoming modifications, which will be formally announced in the Advisory to Shipping scheduled for release on Friday, March 21, 2025. Please review the attached table of changes, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
