PANAMA FLASH! – Immigration Custody For Restricted Nationality Seafarers

As of April 2013, The Panama National Immigration Service demanded the assignment of an immigration officer as custody for seafarer embarking a vessel of restricted nationalities (Chinese and Indian) upon entering the national territory until their embarkation. On July 1^st, 2022; Through the resolution 13718 The National Immigration Service added the below listed nationalities to this requirement:

1.           INDIA

2.            CHINA

3.            MYANMAR

4.            INDONESIA

5.            BANGLADESH

6.            VENEZUELA

7.            PAKISTÁN

8.            NEPAL

9.            CUBA

10.         SIRIA
