Postponement of Draft Reductions for the Neopanamax Locks – March 7th, 2022

Based on the projected level of Gatun Lake for the following weeks, the maximum authorized draft for the Neopanamax locks will remain at 15.24 m (50.0 ft.) until March 15, 2022. Effective March 16, 2022, the maximum authorized draft for vessels transiting the Neopanamax Locks will be 15.09 m (49.5 feet) TFW. Effective March 29, 2022, the maximum authorized draft for vessels transiting the Neopanamax Locks will be 14.94 m (49.0 feet) TFW.
